Wanted to drop you a line to say how satisfied we are w/our Kinetico water softener. As you know, we’ve had a Kinetico softener for more than 10 years now (the original in our old home in Ken-Caryl) and now this one for the new home in Grant Ranch. The fact we bought Kinetico again should give you some indication of how satisfied we are with the product. I especially like its low maintenance and the quality of the water it generates, particularly on the skin (my wife wouldn’t have it any other way!). And the new ones are so compact!
I also might add that we appreciate the personal yet professional manner in which Advantage Water handled the recent installation in our home. John was on time and took great care during the installation to explain and then ensure the system incorporated all the necessary lines in the house. He even went above and beyond to make sure the pipes in the basement were configured properly without additional charge. John’s assistance in re-installing our kitchen RO system was invaluable, too. He was deliberate (made sure he minimized the obstruction of the system in the usability of the below-sink cabinet) and pointed out some potential issues down the road with the system (e.g., the rust hole developing on the holding tank).
Bottom line, we are very happy with our new system and with Advantage Water.
